The circuit board integrates 6 motor controls, 4 solenoid valve controls, 1 PT100 temperature detection circuit, 2 4-20mA output circuits, 1 485 output, 4 switch quantity outputs, 4 switch quantity detection inputs, and 1 mixer control.
The microcontroller controls the motor to achieve the combination of different chemical reagents for chemical reactions. By using a photocell to determine the boundary point at which the chemical reaction occurs, the chemical substances detected by the instrument can be determined.
The system integrates a touch LCD screen, which can achieve complex operations such as automatic instrument cleaning, calibration, manual detection, and inspection and recording.
